This bus is really in much better condition than listed, it is far closer to "EXCELLENT" than to "VERY GOOD."   However, to be on the safe side for the VW perfectionists, a strong VG will do for the ad.  I would rate this bus as an easy 9.5 on the conservative side based on buses I have seen at the South Florida VW shows.
Nicely restored 1965 VW Type II Transporter - Have original owners manual, 3rd owner. Runs great and has won many car show awards in FL. Converted to 12-volt, 1967 1600cc engine. Engine runs as great as it looks, no known issues.
If there is any rust, it is beyond minimal. Interior re-done with wood headliner, upholstery is custom, and seat belts in front seat, everything else is as close to factory specs as possible (no radical modifications). Paint matches as close as possible to original factory color.   I have photos of the complete restoration in process.
This bus is much nicer than a daily driver ... and has been garage-kept and car-show babied. If you are looking for a bus that needs work, this is not the bus for you.
