Both include a lock on bedroom door w bathroom inside of room The 3th room is downstairs in the back of the house. this room is the relaxation room where we do to chill,study,read, listen to music, etc.The room for rent Is the front upstairs The furniture included is a small wooden stained couch.It has and great view of the FAMU Football Stadium and excellent natural lighting in the morning .Im a very neat and clean roommate.Im not a early morning person,but dont have a problem with people that are as long as they sleep hard.I have a lot of company over at least 4 days a week.Requiring a 5050 spill of the utilities.
