So Im going home for the summer and need to sublease my room in a townhouse on Allison Marie Ct. off of Blountstown from May or before until the end of July, possibly longer if you need it, even the option to stay next semester...The rent is normally 500, but Im will to pay the rest in order to get home Im asking 325 a month OBO for EVERYTHING electricitywatercableinternet are ALL included in the 325 you REALLY cant get much better than that...the only thing you need is furniture for the room, the rest of the house is furnished FSU is about 5 minutes away and it is less than a minute to TCCIt has all the reg. standards youd expect in a house washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. Feel free to email me or call if you have any questions p.s. another room and bathroom are available in the house if you have a friend that needs a place too
