WELCOME TO HISTORIC GULF BEACH RESORT MOTEL located directly on Beautiful Lido Beach in Sarasota, Florida.
 
Our new website at gulfbeachsarasota.com allows you to check availability and make your reservations online. Please request unit 204 A and/or 204 B.  Contact Owner, Frank Tep at 714-963-5773, or email to:franktep@yahoo.com to receive $25 Coffee Card at Starbucks with a minimum 3 day stay.
 
 
Gulf Beach Resort is a “one of a kind place, like no where else”.  All 49 units are individually owned and decorated with no two units alike.
     All rates are based on 1-2 persons starting at $81 per day. Discounts are available for weekly and monthly stays. Rates are seasonal and fluctuate.   Extra person charge is $8/person/day.  Children under 12 stay free. 
     Rates are subject to change. SORRY, NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. 
We offer a Motel Room with a Queen Sized bed and a Twin Bed, Refrigerator, TV,  and a Studio with a King sized bed, Full Kitchen, and TV, and a 2 bedroom, 2 Bath apartment.
